My daughter had the week off summer camp and my wife was working, so I made the only logical Brovider decision: I canceled work and took the little lady to Millbrae Pancake House for a real-deal breakfast mission. I went corned beef hash — salty, crispy, no-nonsense. Got her a milk like a responsible dad… then let her order whatever she wanted. She chose the chocolate chip pancakes and they came out swinging with that lingonberry butter (lowkey elite). And she ordered bacon and eggs as a side — protein secured, morale boosted. Service was smooth, wait wasn’t bad, and we walked out full, happy, and grinning like we just won the morning. Five stars. That’s how you Brovide.
